Role Description This is an internship role for an Articleship opportunity at Nirmal & Arpit. Located on-site in Chennai, the position involves assisting in various financial, audit, and taxation tasks. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in preparation and analysis of financial statements, compliance with statutory audits and tax regulations, and performing research and documentation. The Articleship position also provides exposure to advisory services and fosters skill development in key aspects of chartered accountancy practice. Qualifications Knowledge in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting practices Understanding of Audit processes, and ability to handle Statutory and Internal Audits Proficiency in Taxation, including Direct and Indirect Tax compliance Analytical and problem-solving skills for financial and business scenarios Good communication skills and a professional approach to client-facing tasks Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, or other relevant accounting software Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments Candidates pursuing CA (Intermediate cleared) are preferred
