We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of sales experience and hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting construction sites, engaging with site owners and contractors, and creating leads by highlighting the advantages of hiring a professional site supervisor. Your key responsibilities will include visiting active and upcoming construction sites regularly to identify potential clients, educating them on the benefits of professional site supervision in managing construction quality and cost control, establishing trust with decision-makers, generating and following up on leads, and providing daily visit logs and feedback. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry, along with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and travel frequently to construction sites. A basic understanding of construction processes and project management is also required. Preferred attributes for this position include prior experience in B2B or field sales within the construction sector, local market knowledge, and existing contacts in the construction ecosystem. This position is located in Agra, Mathura, and Etawah, and offers a competitive salary range of 3.5lpa to 6lpa plus incentives.
