Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Nirali Dhani, located in Jodhpur. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, and promote the resort’s offerings to both domestic and international markets. The role requires preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and leading initiatives to meet sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Revenue Growth Skills in Market Research, Negotiation, and Strategic Planning Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Team Leadership abilities Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Familiarity with Rajasthan's culture and heritage is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
