Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth resolution of issues and timely updates. Identify fraudulent returns and coordinate dispute resolution. Send thank-you and follow-up messages to nurture long-term customer relationships. Understand the reasons for abandoned carts and checkouts, resolve customer concerns, and convince them to complete the purchase with Nipura. Reconnect with inactive customers and support loyalty and referral initiatives. Collect and share product feedback, reviews, and customer insights with the Product and Marketing teams. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, products, and services for a better customer experience. Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to senior management when necessary. Contribute to improving overall customer experience metrics and repeat purchase rate.
