About the job: To identify, engage, and close high-quality technical talent by combining portal sourcing with strong networking, headhunting, and domain-specific talent mapping, resulting in better selection ratios and reduced hiring time. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source candidates, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process. Key responsibilities: 1. Work with hiring managers to understand job descriptions, business needs, and required skill sets. 2. Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and campus drives). 3. Leverage your own database, social network, and personal connections to find high-quality candidates, not just relying on Naukri/LinkedIn alone. 4. Develop and maintain a strong pool of candidates for recurring roles in software development, Sales, ERP, CRM, .NET, Java, Python, Cloud, AI/ML, and other key technologies. 5. Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess technical depth and communication skills before sharing with clients. 6. Share only qualified and relevant profiles, improving the shortlisting-to-interview ratio. 7. Track and share weekly progress reports on sourcing strategy, resume conversion, and client feedback. 8. Collaborate with internal technical panels for screening or assessments if needed. 9. Maintain updated records in the ATS and ensure smooth candidate engagement and experience.
