Ninja Parkour X

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-centric Front Desk Executive who will be the face of Ninja Parkour X. You will handle guest interactions, class bookings, registrations, inquiries, and ensure a smooth visitor experience from entry to exit. Warmly greet customers and assist with check-ins and walk-ins Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email & social media messages Manage class schedules, bookings, trial sessions & membership registrations Maintain accurate customer records and payment logs Coordinate with coaches for class start times and student attendance Upsell memberships, merchandise, birthday parties & special events Ensure reception & waiting area remains clean, organized and welcoming Handle basic administrative duties and daily reporting Provide quick solutions to customer concerns & escalate when necessary Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
