The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing various social media platforms, creating engaging content, optimizing posts for better reach and engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. Role Description This is a freelance, hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Specialist(Digital marekting) located in Gurugram, India. The Performance Marketing Specialist should have hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of audience segmentation, campaign structuring, and funnel optimization, with the ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in ad management tools, A/B testing, retargeting, and budget optimization is essential, along with a proven track record of improving ROAS and lowering acquisition costs. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals are key to excelling in this role. Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands will be a plus. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree/ Certificate course in Digital Media marekting or a related field 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Strong understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CAC Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and data analysis Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally Creative problem-solving ability with a growth and test-learn mindset Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands will be an added advantage
