Role & responsibilities We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns for both eCommerce brands and service-based businesses . Key Responsibilities: Strategize, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to drive performance. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.). Write compelling ad copies and coordinate with creative teams for banners and video assets. Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tools to generate actionable insights. Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and ad performance. Stay updated on the latest trends and platform updates to ensure campaign effectiveness. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads for both eCommerce and service-based projects . Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and conversion tracking. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Proven track record of delivering measurable results and scaling campaigns. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Familiarity with other paid platforms (Meta, Bing, etc.) is a plus.
