Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Converting Supervisor in corrugated fiberboard boxes at our Pardi location in Gujarat. The Converting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of converting raw materials into finished corrugated boxes. This includes managing production schedules, quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in corrugated box manufacturing industry Knowledge of converting processes and machinery Strong leadership and supervisory skills Attention to detail and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience with JIT inventory system is a plus Technical degree or certification in manufacturing is preferred Show more Show less
