Our team thrives on innovation, storytelling, and flawless execution, making every project a blend of creativity and precision Overview Responsible for ideating, conceptualising and designing sets for corporate events, exhibitions, and award shows Educational Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in design or related fields Work Experience Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in the events and experiential design industry Location The role will begin in a hybrid format for the first month and will transition to a full-time, work-from-office position in New Delhi thereafter The Job Responsibility Visualise and present concepts through drawings, illustrations, and mood boards Develop stages, booths, brand zones, experience zones, and installations with strong spatial storytelling and attention to detail Adapt designs seamlessly to venue dimensions, client feedback, and production feasibility and generate high-quality renders with apt material choice, lighting, textures, and scale Provide detailed drawings, specs, and materials for fabrication and production handover Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and powerful client presentations Must-Have Skills Expertise in 3D design software (3DS Max, V-Ray) with good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Strong sense of space, aesthetics, materials, and detailing with the ability to translate 2D layouts into immersive 3D visuals Understanding of event production and fabrication processes (a strong plus ) Excellent time management and deadline-driven execution skills A creative portfolio (preferably on Behance) showcasing realistic event, exhibition, or experiential design work done in the past organisations Passion for design, innovation, and immersive brand experiences A collaborative mindset – team player with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
