As a Senior Engineer with 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for working on Salesforce projects in a Full-Time capacity. We are looking for 2 individuals who can join immediately or within 1 week and work from our office locations in Noida, Gurgaon, or Pune. Initially, the work mode will be 3 days in the office per week, with a transition to 5 days on-site once Hybrid work is no longer in effect. Your shift timings will be from 1 PM to 10 PM, with a possibility of 1-2 hours of overlapping. The interview process will consist of 2 Technical Discussions, 2 Client Rounds, and 1 Managerial Discussion. Strong communication skills, rated at 4 out of 5, are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Salesforce LWC, Apex, and Integration, with hands-on experience in LWC and FSC (Financial Services Cloud) implementation. Holding PD1 and PD2 certifications is a requirement. You will be expected to take complete ownership of tasks, from requirement gathering to implementation, and be adept at quickly troubleshooting and resolving production issues. Additionally, you should be able to adapt to new projects at short notice and collaborate with other teams to swiftly address dependencies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are key for success in this role.,
