The ideal candidate will lead our automation testing initiatives, ensuring quality across complex business applications, integrations, and workflows. You will be responsible for defining automation strategies, developing reusable test scripts, and executing end-to-end test cycles for enterprise-grade systems. The role requires strong collaboration with clients, business analysts, developers, and multiple cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end business processes. Key Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Interaction Act as the primary QA point of contact for client discussions and daily coordination. Understand business workflows and translate them into test scenarios. Drive testing discussions, provide progress updates, and highlight risks or blockers proactively. Test Planning & Strategy Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for Microsoft D365 CRM. Identify test automation opportunities across CRM modules, integrations, and APIs. Ensure testing aligns with sprint goals and release timelines. Automation Testing Design, build, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium , Playwright , or equivalent frameworks. Develop automation frameworks for web and API testing. Maintain reusable components and ensure CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test runs.
