As a Social Media Intern & Photographer at NIIRA, you will play a crucial role in visually bringing the brand's story to life across digital platforms. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for capturing stunning content aligned with NIIRA's aesthetic, including photographs, videos, behind-the-scenes shots, product images, street-style visuals, and lifestyle moments. Additionally, you will document product stories and artisan journeys in a visually compelling manner, shooting on-ground content in Mumbai or Goa, encompassing studio setups, outdoor campaigns, events, influencer sessions, pop-ups, and more. Your role will also involve editing and delivering content suitable for various platforms such as Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and the website. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop moodboards and execute shoot concepts. If you have a personal creator-style and can create engaging content, it will be considered a bonus. **Key Responsibilities:** - Capture stunning content aligned with NIIRA's aesthetic - Document product stories and artisan journeys - Shoot on-ground content in Mumbai or Goa - Edit and deliver content for various platforms - Collaborate with marketing and design teams - Bonus: Create engaging content with a personal creator-style **Qualifications Required:** - Own professional camera equipment (DSLR / Mirrorless, lenses, lights, etc.) - Portfolio of fashion, lifestyle, or travel photography and short-form content - Basic editing skills (Photoshop / Lightroom / Premiere / CapCut) - Deep aesthetic sense and understanding of NIIRA's brand language - Comfortable working with individuals at all levels - Ability to work 2-3 days a week on-ground If you have experience as a content creator or micro-influencer and are well-versed with Instagram trends, reels, voiceovers, and transitions, it will be considered a plus. Understanding performance content and being able to adapt visuals to suit different platforms will also be advantageous.
