Job Description

The Night Guard is responsible for maintaining safety, security, and discipline during night hours. The role ensures the protection of the premises, the safety of residents/children, and proper monitoring of entry and exit throughout the night.

A. Security & Surveillance

Keep constant watch over the premises throughout the night.
Monitor all entry/exit points and ensure no unauthorized person enters the premises.
Conduct regular night-rounds of the building and surrounding areas.
Report any suspicious activity immediately to the supervisor.

B. Safety of Children/Residents

Ensure the safety of children/residents during night hours (for CCIs/hostels).
Respond quickly to emergencies such as illness, fire, or safety concerns.
Help maintain discipline and calm during night-time.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Fresher, Walk-In

Pay: ₹8,978.61 - ₹10,000.00 per month
