We are looking for a qualified and dedicated BAMS doctor to work as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) during night shifts. The role involves providing continuous medical supervision and care to admitted patients and handling any emergencies during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage indoor patients during night duty.
Assist senior doctors in patient management and documentation.
Record patient observations, vitals, and treatment progress.
Coordinate with nursing staff for smooth patient care.
Maintain records of admissions, discharges, and treatments during the shift.
Handle medico-legal cases as per hospital protocol.
Requirements:
Qualification: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)
Valid registration from the respective medical council.
Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers with good clinical skills may also apply)
Should be confident in handling emergency cases during night duty.
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
Shift Timing:
Night Duty (e.g., 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
