NICU Staff Nurse / Nursing Office

Qualification:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
• Registration with the State Nursing Council is mandatory.
• Experience in NICU or Pediatric Ward preferred.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of neonatal critical care
• Strong observation & monitoring skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• Empathy and emotional stability
• Ability to handle emergency situations

Key Responsibilities:

1️ Provide high-quality nursing care to newborn and premature infants in the NICU.
2️ Monitor vital signs — temperature, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate.
3️ Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as per doctor’s instructions.
4️ Operate and maintain NICU medical equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and syringe pumps.
5️ Maintain infection control and hygiene standards in the unit.
6️ Educate and guide parents about newborn care and progress updates.
7️ Accurately record patient charts, reports, and documentation.
8️ Respond promptly and efficiently during emergency situations.
9️ Work in rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
