Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and experienced NICU staff to join our hospital in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for providing specialized care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and assisting consultants in managing critically ill neonates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing and clinical care to newborns in NICU
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist doctors in NICU procedures and emergency management
- Handle NICU equipment such as warmers, CPAP, phototherapy, and monitors
- Maintain infection control and NICU protocols
- Administer medications as per doctor’s instructions
- Provide support and counseling to parents when required
- Coordinate with NICU team for effective patient care
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: ANM / GNM / BAMS / BUMS / Nursing or relevant medical qualificationExperience: Minimum 1 year NICU experience preferredRegistration: Valid Nursing / Medical Council Registration (if applicable)Good knowledge of neonatal care
