NBAL quality manager / Senior marketing executive experience medical laboratory

About The Opportunity

• Lead and manage the NABL accreditation program and maintain compliance with ISO 15189 quality standards across the Pathankot laboratory.
• Develop, review and implement laboratory Quality Management System documents including SOPs, QC procedures, and records to ensure regulatory readiness.
• Plan and execute internal audits, root-cause analysis, and CAPA processes; oversee external assessments and proficiency testing cycles.
• Administer and optimise the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for sample workflow, QC tracking, and documentation traceability.
• Drive local marketing and business development activities: create B2B outreach, manage CRM pipelines, run digital campaigns and coordinate events to grow referral volumes.
• Train and mentor laboratory staff on quality practices and collaborate with operations and sales teams to align quality and commercial objectives.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Practical experience managing NABL accreditation activities and documentation.
• Working knowledge of ISO 15189 and laboratory Quality Management Systems.
• Hands-on experience with LIMS administration and QC data workflows.
• Proven ability to conduct internal audits, implement CAPA, and manage EQA/proficiency testing.
• Demonstrable experience in B2B healthcare marketing, lead generation and CRM-driven sales processes.
• Ability to design and run digital marketing activities (campaigns, analytics) and organise local outreach/events.
  

Preferred

• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 15189 or related laboratory accreditation training.
• Experience with Zoho CRM or Salesforce and Google Analytics implementations.
• Prior experience in a medical laboratory environment with combined quality and commercial responsibilities.
