Job Title: Caf Manager Location: Davanagere, Karnataka Food & Accommodation: Provided Company Overview: A popular bakery and caf brand known for its delicious range of cakes, pastries, and snacks. We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Caf Manager to lead our Davanagere outlet and ensure an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily caf operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Manage caf staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports. Coordinate with the kitchen and production team for timely order delivery. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across the caf. Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as needed. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Drive sales through promotions, upselling, and maintaining good customer relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. *Requirements: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business preferred. 35 years of experience in caf, restaurant, or QSR management. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Good understanding of caf operations, sales, and customer handling. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
