Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Designer with over 4 years of experience, specializing in detailed production drawings, 3D modeling and rendering , and client interaction . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire design process—from concept to execution—while maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and design alignment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver detailed production and working drawings for interior fit-outs and modular furniture is mandatory Create high-quality 3D renders and models using tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray,etc. Lead client meetings to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback. Prepare and present mood boards, material boards, and space planning proposals to clients. Act as the main design point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity, satisfaction, and updates. Collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, and execution teams to ensure the design intent is implemented accurately on site. Prepare BOQs, furniture layouts, material specifications , and monitor adherence during execution. Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve design-related issues during project execution. Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture . Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in interior design with exposure to: Detailed working and production drawings 3D visualization & rendering Client presentations and handling Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / V-Ray / Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office . Strong design sense with knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture detailing . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills . Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision. What You'll Do Design and develop premium residential and commercial interior concepts. Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renders using industry-standard tools. Create accurate production drawings and working drawings for execution teams and vendors. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained through to completion. Excellent skills in furniture layout, space planning, and detailing. Strong understanding of materials, joinery, and construction techniques.
