We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to supervise and execute institutional building works as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth progress of construction activities while maintaining safety and compliance on site. Role & responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision Execute works as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and method statements. Daily supervision of civil works including foundations, RCC, masonry, finishes, and external development. Ensure proper work sequence and quality control at every stage of construction. Monitor manpower, material, and machinery usage efficiently. Quality & Compliance Implement QA/QC checks at site for concrete, steel, shuttering, waterproofing, etc. Coordinate inspections with PMC/Client/Consultants and close NCRs/remarks. Maintain records of tests cube tests, slump, steel certification, etc. Ensure safety procedures and statutory requirements are strictly followed.
