Key Responsibilities: - Identify, reach out, and onboard advertisers, agencies, and media partners for NFThing Ads-On campaigns. - Develop and implement a sales pipeline to attract new advertisers. - Create ad sales strategies targeting various industries such as consumer tech, fashion, fintech, and entertainment. - Manage the entire ad campaign lifecycle from pitching to negotiation to execution. - Collaborate with internal teams to design custom campaign ideas, targeting strategies, and performance dashboards. - Establish and nurture long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing heads. - Analyze ad performance data and provide actionable insights to partners. - Refine the advertiser onboarding experience in collaboration with product and marketing teams. - Deliver compelling sales pitches and media kits showcasing NFThing's performance metrics. - Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve quarterly revenue and growth targets. - Utilize campaign analytics to showcase ROI and enhance retention.
