Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Tamil Teacher located in Kurinjipadi. The Tamil Teacher will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering lessons, and conducting assessments. They will also be responsible for developing a curriculum that meets educational standards, providing individual assistance to students, and fostering a positive learning environment. Qualifications Excellent command of the Tamil language (speaking, reading, and writing) Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning Strong teaching skills and classroom management capabilities Ability to assess and monitor student progress Effective communication and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and ability to create engaging learning experiences Bachelor’s degree in Tamil, Education, or a related field Prior teaching experience is advantageous
