The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from the moment they enter the spa. The ideal candidate should have a passion for wellness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Client Reception and Service: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.Provide information about spa services, packages, and treatments.Ensure clients are checked in for appointments promptly and accurately.Confirm client bookings and manage the spa schedule.Booking and Appointment Management: Handle reservation calls and emails, schedule appointments, and make adjustments as needed.Maintain the spa's appointment calendar, ensuring proper coordination of appointments and treatment rooms.Process client payments and ensure smooth check-out procedures.Ensure clients are informed about the spa's cancellation and rescheduling policies.Customer Service and Support: Address client inquiries and concerns in a polite and helpful manner.Assist in resolving any client issues, ensuring complete satisfaction.Provide guidance to clients regarding the benefits of Ayurvedic treatments, products, and wellness routines.Administrative Tasks: Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and proper inventory management.Handle basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating client records in the system.Ensure all forms, waivers, and client records are properly completed and securely stored.Sales and Upselling: Recommend Ayurvedic products / services to clients based on their needs and preferences.Promote spa treatments, packages, and seasonal offers to clients.Team Coordination: Collaborate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth service delivery.Assist with any additional tasks as directed by the management to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
