This role is critical in ensuring our sales teams have the data, tools, and insights they need to drive sustainable revenue growth. You will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, and delivering strategic analysis that enables leadership to make informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities Oversee and continuously improve sales processes, policies, and systems to increase efficiency and scalability. Manage CRM administration ( Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar ) ensuring data quality, process alignment, and user adoption. Partner with Sales Leadership to define KPIs, dashboards, and reports for tracking team performance and pipeline health. Support accurate sales forecasting, quota setting, and territory planning. Provide actionable insights through data analysis to optimize sales strategy and resource allocation. Collaborate with Finance and Marketing teams to align on pricing, incentive programs, and lead management. Develop and deliver regular training for sales teams on tools and best practices. Ensure compliance with data governance, GDPR, and company policies. Drive automation and tool integration to streamline workflows. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations , Revenue Operations , or Business Analysis , ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment. Proficiency in Salesforce , HubSpot , or other CRM systems. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a strong plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication abilities and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English ; German and/or French is a significant advantage. Knowledge of the Swiss business landscape or European sales models preferred.
