Role Overview We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Social Media Manager who can own and manage our brand’s digital presence end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content (shooting, editing, designing), planning and executing content strategies, managing day-to-day posting, handling ORM, and analyzing performance to drive growth across social platforms. This role demands a mix of creative storytelling, technical editing/design skills, and strategic thinking , along with a passion for social media trends and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Production Shoot engaging photo and video content tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Edit reels, short-form videos, and long-form content ensuring high quality, platform-optimized outputs. Design static and motion graphics/creatives in line with brand identity. Content Strategy & Planning Build and maintain monthly social media calendars with planned posts, campaigns, and trending content. Strategize and pitch fresh, innovative content ideas aligned with brand goals and audience interests. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, formats, and algorithms. Execution & Ownership Manage end-to-end execution of social media campaigns and daily postings. Take full ownership of brand accounts – Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, etc. Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and messaging across platforms. Online Reputation Management (ORM) Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and mentions in real-time. Maintain a positive brand voice and resolve queries/concerns effectively. Performance Tracking & Optimization Track, analyze, and report performance of content and campaigns. Use insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions. Identify opportunities for growth and community building. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role. Strong video shooting and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent). Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail and storytelling. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools. Ability to handle ORM with professionalism and empathy. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
