Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a VARC Faculty member at Nexus Academy, located in Ranchi with some work-from-home flexibility. The VARC Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering lectures, creating study materials, conducting mock tests, evaluating student performance, and providing personalized mentoring to help students excel in their exams. Qualifications Strong understanding of the subjects related to Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC) Excellent teaching and communication skills Proficiency in creating and developing educational content Experience in conducting mock tests and evaluating student performance Ability to provide personalized mentoring and guidance to students Strong problem-solving skills and a result-oriented mindset Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred Experience in preparing students for competitive exams like CAT, IPMAT, and CUET will be an added advantage
