We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing seller accounts on Amazon or other e-commerce platforms. The role requires expertise in handling client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize clients’ Amazon Seller Accounts and other e-commerce platforms. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Monitor account health, ensure policy compliance, and resolve operational issues. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to clients. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Amazon or other e-commerce platforms. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central operations (listing, ads, returns, SEO, etc.). Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
