We are looking for a committed and experienced Content Specialist to join our team, focused on developing high-quality academic content for the UPSC Civil Services Examination. The ideal candidate should be deeply familiar with the exam pattern, syllabus, and recent trends, and must demonstrate the ability to create Prelims MCQs, Mains questions and answers, and dynamic current affairs-based content that adds real value to aspirants. Key Responsibilities Frame high-quality Prelims MCQs with clear explanations across GS I, CSAT, and current affairs. Draft thought-provoking GS Mains questions and model answers in alignment with UPSC standards. Create concise, exam-focused current affairs capsules, issue briefs, and editorial summaries. Develop subject-wise notes, short revisions, infographics, and one-pagers for both Prelims and Mains. Ensure factual accuracy, alignment with UPSC syllabus, and integration of keywords, directives, and constitutional/legal references where relevant. Work closely with editorial and academic leads to review and refine content before publishing.
Key Responsibilities Conduct diverse promotional marketing activities to enhance brand visibility. Organize and execute seminars in colleges and schools across India, including IITs, NITs, IIITs, Delhi University, and other reputed institutions. Maintain and regularly update a student database collected from promotional events. Promote NEXT IAS products and services through canopy setups at college events, test centers, job fairs, tech fests, and similar platforms. Build associations with college librarians to ensure the NEXT IAS study material is available in their libraries. Identify and approach new vendors, schedule meetings, and explore collaboration opportunities. Conduct market analysis to gather insights on competitor products and services. Coordinate with the graphics team for the design of brochures, leaflets, and other promotional materials, and plan effective distribution strategies. Consistently work towards achieving the monthly targets assigned by the reporting manager.
