As the Head of Delivery at Saffron Edge, you will play a crucial role in leading our Delivery function for Digital Marketing services in Gurgaon. Your primary focus will be on driving client success, ensuring operational excellence, and managing high-performance teams across various services such as SEO, ABM, Paid Media, Social, and Automation. Your mission will involve spearheading end-to-end client delivery to achieve world-class satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and operational processes to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborating closely with the Revenue teams will be essential to scale client growth and maximize ROI. Additionally, your role will involve coaching, developing, and nurturing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results. Innovation and excellence should be ingrained in every campaign you oversee. To excel in this position, you should bring to the table over 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 5 years in senior agency leadership roles. Your expertise in SEO, including strategy development, audits, and off-page optimization at scale, will be critical. Exposure to ABM, Paid Media, Automation, and Social delivery is also required. A strategic mindset coupled with execution-led thinking will be pivotal for driving outcomes over activities.
