Job Summary Company: Nextech Contracting LLP Location: Ernakulam, Kerala Job Description: Nextech Contracting LLP is conducting interviews for candidates interested in working at our upcoming project sites in the Ernakulam region. We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals who are ready to take up on-site responsibilities and contribute to project execution. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or site work. Willingness to work at sites located in the Ernakulam area. Good communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and tracking progress. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship. Manage site safety in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Collaborate with project stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare construction estimates and assist in budgeting processes for upcoming projects. Supervise site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or site supervision with a focus on pipeline projects is preferred. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid. Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and budgeting practices. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and quality control standards. Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret technical documents. Experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety protocols (OSHA). Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Knowledge of using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical work is a plus.
