Role Description This is a full-time WFO role for a Digital Marketing Specialist and Interns, based in Ahmedabad, with partial flexibility for remote work. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage product marketing execution to drive audience engagement and lead generation. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing social media marketing efforts, managing day-to-day activities, analysing web analytics, client coordination, improving online marketing performance, and crafting compelling communication strategies to achieve growth objectives. This is NOT a basic CRM operator role. We want someone who deeply understands Zoho’s ecosystem, can build automations, configure modules, improve data flows, and ensure that the company and clients run efficiently through a well-structured CRM backbone. You will work directly with the founder and internal teams to manage Zoho across multiple functions. Role Description 1. Zoho CRM Management Configure, maintain, and optimize Zoho CRM Manage all modules: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Tasks, Notes Ensure accurate and clean data flow across the CRM 2. Automations & Integrations Build workflows using Zoho Flow, Blueprint, and Automation Connect Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps (Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms, etc.) Integrate CRM with external platforms (email tools, websites, ad tracking, forms) Ensure seamless lead-routing, scoring, nurturing, and sales automation. 3. Lead & Sales Management Create and manage pipelines for sales and marketing funnels Track leads from capture → qualification → deal → close Set up automated follow-ups and reminders Maintain activity logs and pipeline hygiene 4. Invoicing & Financial Workflows Manage Zoho Books or Zoho Invoice setup Generate invoices, estimate templates, payment reminders Automate invoice workflows and client records Coordinate with internal teams on accounting checkpoints 5. Internal Collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams Support the founder with CRM insights, dashboards, and reporting Set up systems that make team workflows faster and more transparent 6.
