Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Daily tasks will include identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized advertising solutions, monitoring market trends, and preparing sales reports to assess growth opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. An understanding of the advertising or outdoor media industry is highly advantageous. Ability to analyze market trends and formulate effective sales strategies. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related software. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior leadership or team management experience is a plus. Result-oriented and self-motivated with a strong ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
