IT Project Coordinator – Switzerland Location: Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid) Department: Information Technology / Project Management Reports to: IT Project Manager / Head of IT About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across our Swiss operations. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and coordination skills who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Support Project Managers in preparing project documentation, reports, and communication materials. Monitor project progress and proactively follow up on tasks, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items. Facilitate communication between technical teams, business users, and vendors. Manage project documentation, change requests, and issue logs. Support procurement and onboarding processes for IT tools and services. Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and data protection policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar roles. Solid understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English ; German and/or French is a significant advantage. Proficient in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet). Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, or ERP systems is a plus.
