About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Product promotion & detailing: Present, promote, and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals. Conduct product demonstrations and provide scientific information to support prescriptions. 2. Sales achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly prescription and sales targets in the assigned territory. Plan and execute effective sales strategies to maximize business growth. 3. Market development & relationship building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors. Ensure regular follow-ups with customers to strengthen market presence and brand recall. Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management. 4. Reporting & coordination: Maintain daily call reports, sales data, and territory activity records. Coordinate with the sales manager and marketing team for strategy implementation.
