We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join TEZVI, a dynamic and rapidly growing start-up in the cosmetic industry. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and creating high-performing digital campaigns with measurable results. --- Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage ROI-focused ad campaigns for cosmetic products. Execute and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video). Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads (Traffic, Conversion, Lead Gen, Remarketing). Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies for improvement. Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget optimization. Collaborate with the creative team for finalizing ad creatives and copies. Stay updated with market trends and analyze competitor campaigns. Prepare weekly/monthly reports (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.). --- Required Skills: 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (Cosmetic/Beauty industry preferred). Strong command over Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Proven experience in conversion-based and performance-driven campaigns. Knowledge of tracking tools, analytics, pixels, and tags. Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Good communication and teamwork skills.
