Role Description We are currently seeking a dedicated Telecaller for a part-time hybrid role based in Kochi, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, providing detailed information about loan and insurance products, responding to inquiries, and addressing customer concerns. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, generating leads, and updating the sales team with follow-up details to ensure client satisfaction and sales conversions. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences. Proficiency in maintaining and managing customer data using CRM tools or databases. Persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the benefits of financial products to potential customers. Knowledge of financial services, loans, insurance, or related industries is a plus but not mandatory. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office applications. Ability to manage time efficiently and work proactively both independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred for seamless communication with local clients. Previous experience in a customer service or sales-related role is an advantage but not required.
