Key Responsibilities Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMP) for civil works. Establish quality control procedures, checklists, and inspection protocols. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and standards. Witness and verify key inspections and tests, including material checks, rebar, formwork, and concrete sampling. Review and approve test reports, material compliance certificates, and quality records. Maintain complete documentation of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports. Monitor corrective actions to ensure long-term resolution of quality issues. Submit periodic quality performance reports to project leadership. Collaborate with contractors and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Provide training to site personnel on quality procedures and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering for civil construction projects. Preferred: experience in QA/QC roles for wind farm projects (WTG foundations, roads, etc.). Strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction materials, and ISO 9001 standards. Understanding of concrete technology, soil mechanics, and structural steel. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Proficiency in quality management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. ASQ CQE or equivalent certification is a plus. Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
