Role & responsibilities Position : Executive Assistant to Director Location : Faridabad, Haryana Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities Calendar & Schedule Management : Efficiently manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and coordinate the Directors schedule effectively. Communication Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and route incoming calls, emails, and messages. Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations . Administrative Support : Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital. Oversee and manage special projects as assigned by the Director . Travel & Event Coordination : Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Assist in organizing company events and functions . Confidentiality & Discretion : Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role . Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience : Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, with at least 2 years of experience working with senior management. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines). Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
