Newsletter Intern

• Research, draft, and design engaging newsletter content tailored to hospitality and education audiences.
• Collaborate with the team to align newsletter topics with ongoing campaigns and product updates.
• Optimize content for readability, engagement, and click-throughs.
• Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, engagement) and suggest improvements.
• Assist in maintaining subscriber lists and ensuring smooth email distribution.

• Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail.
• A creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Comfortable using newsletter/email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Substack, etc.) or willing to learn.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Undergraduate or Masters student in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Real-world experience in content creation and digital communication.
• A portfolio of professional newsletter campaigns to showcase your work.
• Mentorship and guidance from the founding team.
