Requirements: - 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically in mobile apps, ad tech, or digital monetization. - Strong technical understanding - ideally with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. - Experience working with app publishers, developers, ad networks, or SSPs/DSPs. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and performance metrics. - Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems (iOS, Android) and SDK integrations is a plus. NewsBytes is seeking a Digital Ads Executive (Mid-Level) with hands-on experience in Google Ad Manager (GAM) to manage and optimize ad monetization across web and app platforms. This role requires someone who can independently handle ad operations, proactively optimize yield, and contribute to revenue growth initiatives. You will play a key role in improving fill rates, eCPMs, and overall monetization efficiency while working closely with sales, product, and demand partners. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end ad operations and trafficking across web and app using GAM. Set up, manage, and optimize ads campaigns with accurate targeting and pacing. Monitor and analyze fill rates, eCPMs, viewability, and revenue trends, taking corrective action as needed. Optimize inventory, line items, pricing rules, and demand sources to maximize yield. Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues and ad-serving challenges independently. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Prepare and present detailed performance and revenue reports with insights and recommendations. Support programmatic monetization initiatives, including AdX, Open Bidding, and demand partner optimization. Ensure adherence to ad quality, brand safety, and platform policies. Required Skills & Experience 24 years of experience in Digital Ad Operations or Publisher Monetization. Strong, hands-on expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM).
