As a Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager in the Sales & Marketing department, your role will involve: - Planning and Execution of various Marketing activities within budgets and timelines for different locations. - Conceptualizing and implementing specific promotional programs to enhance viewership and generate business leads. - Creating and implementing a Marketing Calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies. - Managing brand communication through ATL/BTL & digital platforms during prelaunch, launch & sustenance phases. - Conducting market feasibility studies and due diligence for new projects, providing recommendations based on the findings. - Handling media planning, buying, vendor management, and negotiations. - Overseeing event management activities. - Planning and executing branding initiatives and overseeing the production of collateral materials such as AV presentations, legal documents, and promos. - Familiarity with BARC and TRP measurement systems. - Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, freshers may be considered in exceptional cases. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Prior experience in marketing, branding, and event management would be an advantage.
