Job Opening: News Anchor Location: A-Z Media Near Zandu Tower, Manav Chowk, Ambala City Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Salary: Based on Experience & Skillset Experience: 3Years + A-Z Media is seeking a confident, articulate, and camera-ready News Anchor to be the face and voice of our news platform. If you have strong presentation skills, a passion for current events, and a talent for engaging audiences — we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Present daily news bulletins in a clear, compelling, and professional manner. Coordinate with reporters, producers, and the editorial team to compile and deliver accurate news content. Conduct live interviews and anchor special segments or breaking news updates. Write or edit scripts for newscasts when necessary. Represent the news channel at public events or press meets. Stay informed on current events, trending stories, and developing news. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field. Prior experience as a news anchor or TV presenter is preferred. Excellent spoken and written communication in Hindi and English . Confident, charismatic, and poised on camera. Ability to handle live sessions, breaking news, and time-sensitive reports. Good to Have: Experience with teleprompters, studio equipment, or live streaming. Strong social media presence or content creation background. Understanding of local and regional issues, especially in the Ambala area.
