The Field Staff will be responsible for conducting site visits, identifying and troubleshooting any technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing training or demonstrations for products or services. The role also involves maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams, as well as gathering and analyzing data to improve processes or solutions. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to gather, interpret, and utilize data effectively Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical or operational challenges Customer Service orientation to ensure the satisfaction and success of clients Experience or ability in delivering Training sessions to users about products or solutions Independent problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in dynamic environments Previous experience in construction, fire protection
