Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Angul for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing resources, conducting site inspections, and addressing any issues that arise. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation and communicating progress to stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in construction site management and supervision Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations Project management and resource allocation skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to address and resolve on-site issues effectively Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Familiarity with industrial construction trends and practices Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
