Position: Sales Team Leader

CTC: Up to ₹3.15 LPA
Experience Required: Minimum 2+Year in Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives
• Drive team performance to meet sales targets
• Monitor daily activity and guide team members
• Train and motivate the team for better productivity
• Handle client meetings when required
• Ensure quality customer service and client retention

Candidate Profile:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales & team handling
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in insurance/BFSI domain preferred
• Goal-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
