Returnable Packaging experts Total Posts: 2 New Gen PackPool Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Returnable Packaging experts to join our team in Pune. We're seeking a candidate with a proven track record in developing and managing returnable packaging projects. About the Role and Responsibilities: The Returnable Packaging experts will be responsible for: Coordinate Returnable packaging projects from RFQ till execution: a. understand customer requirements. b. suggest and design suitable packaging solution, costing and follow up with customer. c. Costing and submission to customer. d. Supplier coordination for manufacturing and purchase of returnable packaging. Customer coordination for project execution and supplier and logistics coordination. Coordination with logistic partners for material pick up and delivery from and to New Gen locations. Stock taking from various customer and New Gen locations. Weekly and monthly reconciliation of returnable packages and stock taking. Maintain daily stock at customer locations. Management information system update, management presentation Travel 5- 25% per depending on project What We're Looking For Diploma/ degree engineers (mechanical/ packaging) with 3-5 years of experience. Experience in packaging industry especially palletization and returnable packaging preferred. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for sustainable solutions.
