Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products or services to potential customers, and maintaining good customer relationships to achieve sales or service targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services. Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services. Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into customers. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, and interests. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service quality. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream). Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Customer Care Executive preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, etc. Good listening and persuasive skills. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
