Role Overview: You will be working as a Freelance Neuroscience Mentor at Brain & AI Research Group (BAIRG), based in Delhi, India. In this online role, you will guide students and research interns in the field of neuroscience and neuropsychology. Your responsibilities will include providing academic mentorship, supporting research projects, delivering online sessions, mentoring on research methodology, reviewing academic work, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes. Collaboration with the BAIRG team to design academic modules, provide feedback on student projects, and foster critical thinking and research skills among participants will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Guide students and research interns in neuroscience and neuropsychology - Provide academic mentorship and support for research projects - Deliver online sessions and mentor on research methodology - Review academic work and ensure high-quality learning outcomes - Collaborate with the BAIRG team to design academic modules - Provide constructive feedback on student projects - Foster critical thinking and research skills among participants Qualification Required: - PhD (completed/pursuing) in Neuroscience or Neuropsychology (essential) - Strong academic foundation in cognitive neuroscience, neuropsychology, or related fields - Previous teaching/mentoring experience in academic or clinical settings preferred - Ability to dedicate ~10 hours per week to online mentoring - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to explain complex concepts effectively - Commitment to academic integrity, mentorship, and student development - Experience in guiding research projects or publications is an added advantage Role Overview: You will be working as a Freelance Neuroscience Mentor at Brain & AI Research Group (BAIRG), based in Delhi, India.
