To excel in this position, you should possess a good understanding of neurophysiology and neuroplasticity principles. Hands-on experience in neuromuscular facilitation, gait training, and posture management will be crucial for implementing effective therapy strategies. Your ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and a motivational approach towards clients will contribute to building strong therapeutic relationships.
